We try and offer a wide range of classes for you to attend so you are able experience all aspects of pole and find what sets your soul on ๐ฅ

The bread and butter of your pole journey. Here is where you follow a syllabus defined by your level, where by completing certain moves, you then unlock new moves.
These are on static poles (meaning the pole is locked and therefore doesn’t move) so you can focus on safe execution, build vocabulary, and build strength without the worry of the pole running away from you.
These classes follow a similar format with a warm up (stretches and cardio), strength and conditioning, recapping your previous session, learning two or three new moves, ending with a combo and cool down.
This is a fun class style meant to be supplementary to your foundations classes.
Here we focus on movement and musicality, using moves covered in Foundations along with fun twizzles and transitions. Each class will tell you what level you will need to be to participate, this is to ensure you have covered the foundational moves in the choreography.
These can range in theme from sensual, floor work, contemporary, etc.

Yes, the poles themselves spin. This is caused by the ball-joints in the base of the pole when we unlock them, releasing a whole new world of possibilities.
Although this is the reason most people get drawn to pole dancing, this is supplementary to your Foundations class and you are expected to be Beginner 2 to begin training spin.
Here, you will cover core moves and the technique required to execute safely with a moving pole.
These are strength and conditioning classes aimed at increasing strength, stamina, and flexibility. In conjunction with other classes, this will help you gain all round stability and agility helping you progress at a spectacular rate.
Yes, we include strength and conditioning in all classes but there is only so much we can fit in a 1 hour class so we tend to limit to a few that will benefit that class the most.
