We know you have questions and it’s likely these are all the same questions we had when we started..

This is the most frequent question we get and hear us loud and proud, COME AS YOU ARE!
Our classes are formulated to build strength and confidence while learning foundational moves, you are never pressured to do anything you aren’t ready to. You come to class, make friends, have fun, and before you know.. you are in the air.
Good vibes and a water bottle are essential (we do provide water)
A towel is a great idea too but we always have a few in the class for everyone to use so this isn’t mandatory.

Not at all but it is something to be mindful of.
We sell grip in the studio, this is a liquid chalk that helps dry out the surface of your hands. Grip isn’t reserved for sweaty palms only, many pole dancers use it in higher levels to help stick when climbing up the pole to ensure safety in a chain of combos.
However, it does not last forever so you will have to be conscious of how your palms feel and reapply. We also have easily accessible hand soap and sanitizer that can also help with sweat.
Ideally, shorts and a t-shirt but its important to preface that YOU NEED TO BE COMFORTABLE.
As you level up you will find it necessary to remove some layers for skin contact with pole as this allows for grip and safe execution of moves (eg. inverts) but you will be informed by your instructor when you cross that bridge.
To start, focus on knee and armpit exposure.

As of April 2025, we have moved all our booking and signup processes to Octiv. An incredible platform that many fitness institutions use which provides a convenient way for you to book all your activities in one place.
Whether you have used Octiv before or not, you can sign up and follow the prompts here
Because of our ‘package‘ system and the use of Octiv, you have plenty of flexibility.
However, we do have a 12 hour cancellation policy which means that last minute cancellations will be deducted from your package, though we are understanding so if something unavoidable came up then you can reach out to us to reimburse your account.
Keep in mind that this isn’t to be mean but rather to protect instructors and other students time.

If you are absolutely new to pole dance then ‘Beginner 1’ is where you need to be
However, if you are joining us with some pole background then it might be worth reaching out to us, you may need to be placed into a ‘Beginner 2’ or above level.
We are working on adding more classes to the schedule which will state what level you need to be in order to book.
Have you seen those videos of dancers that seem to spin around the pole forever? Well… It’s the pole that spins and the dancers use it to their advantage.
Our poles are able to spin via a ‘three-ball-joint’ in the base that we are able to unlock and lock by various means. Now, we don’t consider ‘spin pole’ to be suitable for absolute beginners so you are taught everything on a ‘static pole’ (locked and unmoving) first to ensure that correct muscle activation and execution are understood.
